Delivery to Countries outside of Singapore All products will be shipped via international courier (such as TNT, UPS, Fedex) or as registered parcels via EMS. The user will be responsible for the import tax or duties in their respective countries. Delivery within Singapore All products will be shipped via courier. You can also arrange for self collection from our office. Upon confirmation of payment, EurekaPlus would call the buyers within 3 working days when the orders are ready for delivery / pick-up and confirm the date and time of delivery / collection. Warranties All products come with a 12 month warranty from manufacturers' defects (unless stated otherwise) except the following items : - batteries - miscellaneous accessories like ear piece, card reader, memory cards (1 month warranty) - items that are damaged resulting from user abuse. The following will result in a product declared warranty being null and void : - physical damage on the product - missing original label or warranty stickers - items that have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way. Returns For defective item, always contact us to obtain a RMA number before sending the faulty items to us for checking and service. The user will be responsible for the shipping of the faulty item back to our office in Singapore. If it is found to be a manufacturers' defect, we will rectify the problem and send the item back to the user at our cost. We reserved the rights to reject returned items without a valid RMA number.
