Just plugged in the power adapter & place the Memocam Zorro on any flat surface (eg. console table, cupboard, etc) at one corner of the room, or mount it on the wall.

Records on Motion Detection

Any movement will trigger the video recording onto the mini-SD card in the Memocam.

Simple to Playback - on your PC

To view the recorded video, just remove the mini-SD card and playback the recorded video on the PC using the Memocam application software provided. 

In the Memocam application software, you can simply fast forward or backwards, single frame step through, and jump to any point in the recorded video.  All video frames come with a date and time stamp.

Ultra-Portable

To move the Memocam to another location, just plugged out the power adapter and plugged into another power point in another location.

How it works (click here for a graphical illustration)

1. Mount the MemoCam on the wall, or place it on a flat surface.
2. Connect the MemoCam power adapter to a nearby 230V AC power point.
3. Arm the MemoCam with the remote control.
4. All motion detected will be captured & stored on the MemoCam memory card.
5. To view the store images, disarm the MemoCam with the remote control
6. Press & pop up the removable memory card
7. Slot the memory card into a memory card reader connected to a PC
8. With the supplied Windows application program, you can search and playback the stored images at various speed as a movie on a PC.  You can also view the stored images on handheld devices running Pocket PC.
9. Put the memory card back into the MemoCam.
10. The MemoCam is ready for arming again.

The VMD + PIR dual detection technology significantly increases the reliability of the motion detection, thus reducing false alarms.

The VMD enables the user to define specific areas of interest within the picture frame. The recorded events are easily analyzed by simply removing the SD memory card from the unit and inserting it into a Memory Card Reader connected to a PC.

The remote control unit enables the user to Arm/Disarm the event recording process or record events manually.

The MemoCam comes with PC & Pocket PC based applications that enable user to

• Playback recorded images at multiple speeds

• Fast search by time or alarm events

• Search for images using a detailed list or thumbnails

The built-in weekly scheduler enables the user to automatically Arm/Disarm the system at predefined times and days.

The MemoCam is configured entirely through the Memory card.

• Image quality mode

• Frame rate
• Number of frames per event.

There are 2 recording modes:

• Fixed - Records events until the Memory Card is full.
• Cyclic - Records events continuously, overriding old data when the Memory Card is full.

Each image is digitally signed and can be authenticated to ensure image integrity.

The fully functional PIR can be connected to any third party security control panel.

The 3 color-coded LEDs indicate the status of the unit.
