The monitoring duration above is computed based on the following assumptions :

Recording rate set to 1 frame per second (fps)
320 x 240 (CIF) resolution
20% of the time camera is recording due to detected motion

Actual monitoring duration may be longer if the camera is recording less than 20% of the time; or shorter if the activity rate is higher at the monitored area.
